Todays routine is called 6-For-6 AbBlast. Basically 6 workouts + 6 minutes= closer to Fab!
This routine hits all the major core muscles and gets you really will feel the burn.


Instructions: Perform these exercises every other day. 15 repetitions of each exercise. Start with 1 set for beginners and progress to 2 and 3 sets for each exercise. It is important to listen to your body when doing any form of exercise and take a break when you need to!

6-For-6 Ab Blast


1) Basic crunch






+Challenge: feet off the ground the whole time.








2) Leg raises





Raise each leg one at a time up and back down. (15 times for each leg)






3) Pulse ups

+Challengs: return feet to the ground each time, then raise them up again before pulsing up to ceiling.










4) Side to sides
This is the starting position. Then move one leg at a time laterally to the side. Legs never touch ground.














5) Oblique v-Ups













6) Plank

Hold it for as long as you can. Keep bottom up and abs tight!
