So it is Day 3 of my training.....
My entire Body hurts an aches right now. Im tempted to skip todays workout!!, but I WILL NOT! Because I have a goal and I am determined to get there. If I skip todays training- it will become easier and easier to skip tomorrows, then the next day..... lol
Of couse I will take a rest when need be. As for now- I will do my best and leave the rest.

Date started: I would like to dub today (May 5th) as the first day of my training.
Training: Weights

Goal: Mostly to get fab abs and overall body toning
Why: Because I can!!
Meal plan: Clean. limit sugars, carbs, fats
Ready....Set....GO!!!!

I have finally made the decision to do this seriously. By "this" I mean workout with a purpose. I have always enjoyed working out and hitting the gym, but was never able to stay consistent for too long. I have never been physically out of shape either. I just want to tone up and muscle up!
There was a time when I used to tell my friend "Im going to do it.." "I will workout all the time".... Till I stopped myself recently. I decided I will not talk about working-out or transforming my body anymore. I will just DO IT!
And this me.. DOING IT!! :-)
I hope this blog can help me: see my progress, have fun, and stay with it!
