Todays routine is called 6-For-6 AbBlast. Basically 6 workouts + 6 minutes= closer to Fab!
This routine hits all the major core muscles and gets you really will feel the burn.
Hello readers,So a friend of mine called me out about this site and my journey to SEXXY FABULOUS abs!! He noted that I had not only failed to update this site, but I also no longer talked about going to the gym or working out.....
The TRUTH: Ive been slacking! BIG TIME!! I have not been to the gym in... lets just say a while. *BIG SIGH* (Thinks to self: and I was doing sooo well!)....
So I hang my belly in shame.... and drag my feet to my bed and dream about all the things I want to do and be??
HELLLL NOOOOOOO!!!

I will NOT throw in the towel!! The summer is not over yet and there is still time- as long as there is even a spark of determination inside of me... I know I can do this!
Starting from right where I am!
So it is Day 3 of my training.....
My entire Body hurts an aches right now. Im tempted to skip todays workout!!, but I WILL NOT! Because I have a goal and I am determined to get there. If I skip todays training- it will become easier and easier to skip tomorrows, then the next day..... lol
Of couse I will take a rest when need be. As for now- I will do my best and leave the rest.

Goal: Mostly to get fab abs and overall body toning
Why: Because I can!!
Meal plan: Clean. limit sugars, carbs, fats
Ready....Set....GO!!!!

I have finally made the decision to do this seriously. By "this" I mean workout with a purpose. I have always enjoyed working out and hitting the gym, but was never able to stay consistent for too long. I have never been physically out of shape either. I just want to tone up and muscle up!
There was a time when I used to tell my friend "Im going to do it.." "I will workout all the time".... Till I stopped myself recently. I decided I will not talk about working-out or transforming my body anymore. I will just DO IT!
And this me.. DOING IT!! :-)
I hope this blog can help me: see my progress, have fun, and stay with it!
