I Got A Great Workout Buddy!!

Hello Fabulous!


Guess what!!? I am making changes!
 I recently joined a gym, started attending group fitness classes (zumba and Spin),  and started working out with a good friend of mine. And I can tell you one thing- its been AMAZZING!!!!

My workout partner and I are almost at our 2 week mark now - and we are already seeing results: More energy, better eating habits, and generally happier mood! It helps that we are both dedicated and have similar goals we are determined to reach! The best part is that we both really enjoy working out!

There is actually scientific evidence out there that shows that those who exercise with someone (or a group) stay committed to a scheduled fitness program longer than those who don't. Picking the right gym buddy increases the level of accountability and maximizes the fun factor! I encourage everyone to find a good dedicated friend to workout with.
Try these steps:
1: Choose a fitness buddy!
2: Create realistic goals together
3: Decide on a program or trainer to help you get to you goals
4: Monitor progress every month or so
5: Stay active! And have fun!
