So it is Day 3 of my training.....

My entire Body hurts an aches right now. Im tempted to skip todays workout!!, but I WILL NOT! Because I have a goal and I am determined to get there. If I skip todays training- it will become easier and easier to skip tomorrows, then the next day..... lol
Of couse I will take a rest when need be. As for now- I will do my best and leave the rest.
