Date started: I would like to dub today (May 5th) as the first day of my training.
Training: Weights
Measurements: Coming soon
Pics: Also coming soon (once or twice a month)
Goal: Mostly to get fab abs and overall body toning
Why: Because I can!!
Meal plan: Clean. limit sugars, carbs, fats
